Hi, and welcome to my webpage, my name is Andre' Hartslief, so firstly, why should you be on Google and the other search engine's top three positions on their first pages? You may ask, since up till now, you have always done your business advertising, if at all, in the Yellow Pages, local newspapers and flyers and that was great.

So how is that working for you now? Lately, the one item in your office showing the least wear and tear, is your front door mat!

This is not entirely because the Taiwanese mat manufacturers are now using superior fiber, no, the real reason, is because less customers are crossing it! But off course, you knew that, right?

Then, there is another strange phenomenon, your opposition seems to be swallowing up, not only your client base, but apparently, all of the passing trade as well, and also something even more perplexing, is the fact that his company does not even enjoy a spot like yours, right on the main access road, he is tucked away in a side road! So, you send out "spies" to see what gives, and on their return, they report that the opposition's products and service prices are costing way more than your own!

Are you going to believe me when I tell you, that his success is not as perplexing as you may think my friend, you see, the real reason for his success is simply, that he has discovered Internet marketing! A cheaper, more effective and revolutionary thing has hit planet earth. Even President Obama plugged into this awesome powerhouse in his victorious march in the presidential election. Donald Trump is also rumored to be doing the same in his presidential bid.

If I should hazard a guess, I would say, that according to world statistics, your business may be down by as a much as 50% and, that would be on the conservative side, because another even more sinister e Commerce, Customer-Gobbler has been unleashed, one, whose rapid growth rate during the past three years, is so phenomenal, no one alive can dare to guess the full extent of its eventual outcome.

Apart from the fact, that your business is not ready for it, and believe me, you would not be reading this article if your company was already geared-up for it, every entrepreneur, Baker, Butcher and Candlestick maker, Electrician, Plumber, Builder, Hair Stylist, Sky-diving instructor, Yoga Instructor, B&B, Beekeeper and Feng shui guru, who has not yet started marketing on the World Wide Web, will also not have prepared for this other, even more awesome "New Force" used to access the Internet, called the Mobile phone, and in particular, the Smart Phone. That's right, as I write this post, the Mobile phone is being used in 80% of all online searches for products and services, your own product or service, and are growing at an alarming rate.

Hi. I've been following your blog since a long time. I just wanna say that the pictures you put on this post showing your blog on the first results because you put full link of your blog on the search bar instead of keywords that you rank your websites for. So everyone can get that result by simply typing a link of website on the search bar. But the most important thing is typing keywords that the website related to. If people are going to find your blog or website by typing a full link of your site on the search bar so why they have to do that while they already have your link :)

Get your site on Google page one

Get your site on Google's first page The results

Unless your web site shows up on Google’s first page, the chances of your site being found by customers and clients is zero.

Here are techniques I’ve used to get my sites and my clients' on Google’s first page.

NOTE: This article is designed for people who already have a working website, but it's

not getting lots of traffic. You already have a "tree" -- now we have to create the "branches".

TAKE NOTE: all customers and clients that are searching for your product or service are using certain keywords.

Let's say you've determined that people looking for what you sell will be searching Google using the phrase:

"discount mechanical widget adaptors"

Google looks at how many other sites link to other sites in your niche, so you must create

special links that draw them to your own site, this is called “backlinks” to your web site.

FREE WEB SITES and BLOG CREATION SITES

You can do this easily using free web site and blog creation tools. Sign up for free accounts at:

Google's very own free websites at: http://www.blogspot.com/ You need to first open a FREE Google gmail account at: http://www.gmail.com/

Since you want to rank on Google's first page, doesn't it make great sense to also use their entire free system as well? I'm simply asking. But hey, it's your choice, so you can also choose any of the below free sites as well:

DevHub

WordPress

WetPaint

Tumblr

Set up a free site, page or blog at any or even ALL of these sites, using their simple templates.

When the set up wizard asks your for the title of your new site, type in: discount mechanical widget adaptors (your own niche name)

Then if the particular platform lets you, use dashes in your new site’s matching URL:"discount mechanical widget adaptors"

If you can't use dashes, that's ok. Just type in:"discount mechanical widget adaptors"

Next, create a Blogger or HubPage or blog that someone would actually appreciate. Add your expert

(You can find all kinds of advice on the internet about how to create great web pages on Google, Squidoo etc, but right now, we are concentrating on what happens after that:

Then, add a links page to your company web site, and – you guessed it – add clickable links back to all your new sites.

Next: tell the world – and Google -- about all your new web sites.

TWITTER

To show up in Google, your new sites need to be “spidered” by Google’s “bots.” The fastest way to get each site spidered is to use Twitter.

Send out a tweet like this one: I’ve just made a new site about discount electronic widget adaptors at http://www.squidoo.com

If necessary, use a free url shortener like TinyUrl.

Do this for every individual new page. But remember you don’t want to spam or annoy your Twitter followers, so use a free Twitter message timer like Twuffer.com all these tweets to go out at different times.

SOCIALMARKER.COM

Next, use SocialMarker.com to tell all the important social bookmarking sites, like Digg, Reddit and others, about your new web pages.

This will take a little time if you don’t already have an account with these bookmarking sites.So first, you’ll have to visit Digg and all these other sites and create an account. If possible, select their “keep me logged in” option.Go to SocialMarker.com, fill in the fields under “Bookmark details” for ONE of your new sites, (use your keyword phrase as much as possible) and hit “submit.”

Social Marker will take you to Digg, Reddit and all the other sites one at a time. Remember, you will already be signed in to those sites, so it will only take a few seconds each to submit your new blog or site. Social Marker also requires some trial and error to master, but again: practice makes perfect! Just use it for each of your new sites, one at a time.

With Social Marker, you’ve just created another set of backlinks to your new sites, coming

from places Google considers important, like Digg and Mixx.com. (PS: you can also use ShareThis.com to do the same thing as Social Marker.)

PING MY BLOG

Next, go to PingMyBlog.com and “ping” your new web sites one at a time, pages, and/or blog.

Do this each time you make (major) changes to a blog, too, to give them another little nudge.

GOOGLE FIRST PAGE RESULT

Allow about 12 to 24 hours to go by (if you can wait that long – I’m not very good at doing that).

Go to Google.com. If you have a Google account, look at the upper right hand side of the page.

If you are “Signed In,” be sure to sign out.

Then refresh the page, and, find the browser tool that clears your previous web searching history. Unless you do this, you’ll get search results back that reflect what YOU’VE been looking for on your computer. And you want, as much as possible right now, to see what a total stranger would see if they typed “discount electronic widget adaptors” (WITHOUT quotation marks!) into the Google search field.

So do just that: type your keyword phrase into your Google search field and see what comes up. It may take a few more days to see more of your sites showing up on page one, but if you have followed these instructions, and you should soon see results.

Doing all this costs you nothing but time, energy and patience. But believe me, it will all be worth it. I’ve gotten my clients’ “page one” results in less than 24 hours -- in one case for a trendy search term that had over 80,000 competing results!
